We’re so excited to kick off another amazing year of creativity, confidence, and lots of jazz hands. At Little Lights Theater Co., students and instructors thrive together in a space that’s all about growing, learning, and having a blast. Whether your child is a future Broadway star or just loves to move and make noise — we’ve got a spot for them.

Meet Our Team!
Maura Murphy Artistic Director
​
Maura’s love for performing has been a lifelong adventure — filled with lights, laughter, and plenty of memorable moments on and off the stage. She's spent years diving into the world of performing arts, developing her skills and finding every opportunity to be on stage (or at least near one).
Her dedication paid off when she completed the prestigious Performing Arts Industry Program at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she received top-notch training — plus a healthy tolerance for last-minute script changes and very dramatic people (herself included). She also brings years of experience in behavior therapy, working with children of all abilities. This gives her a unique edge when it comes to connecting with students, building confidence, and turning stage fright into stage delight. These days, Maura is beyond excited to keep doing what she loves: performing, teaching, and helping kids discover that the spotlight is big enough for everyone.

Kayla D'agostino Director

Kayla is thrilled to be joining Little Lights, bringing with her years of experience both performing and teaching theater. Her passion for the stage began at a young age and has only grown stronger through her work in community programs and educational settings.
Fun fact: Kayla and Maura first met while performing in a local production and quickly formed a strong bond over their shared love of theater. Now, they’re excited to come full circle by giving back to the very programs that helped shape their own journeys.
Morgan Glantz Assistant Director

We truly don’t know what we would do without Miss Morgan! She has a natural gift for connecting with kids, and her energy, patience, and creativity make her an invaluable part of the Little Lights team. We’re so lucky to have her!
Most recently, Morgan lit up the stage in her high school’s production of Anastasia, where she showcased her talent and love for performing. She’s now looking forward to continuing her theatrical journey in college, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things she’ll accomplish!
